Pints of Knowledge puts academics in pubs. A researcher talks for 30 to 45 minutes about the thing they know best, then the room gets 15 minutes to ask whatever it likes.
We run talks across London, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester.
This shop sells the things we wanted at the talks ourselves: a bag for the book you bought afterwards, a notebook for the questions you thought of on the way home, and a deck of cards for when the talk ends and the conversation shouldn't.
